About SolFran Healings
Welcome to SolFran Healings! I’m Francesca, a dedicated 500-hour trained yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Spinal Energetics practitioner, here to support your healing journey and enhance your overall well-being. I offer a variety of healing modalities, including Spinal Energetics, which uses gentle (and almost no touch) techniques along the spine to help the nervous system process trapped emotions and trauma. Additionally, I provide unique yoga classes infused with Reiki, as well as Reiki sessions combined with crystal healing to realign your chakras and improve your energy flow. For optimal results, I recommend a series of six Spinal Energetics sessions and at least four Reiki sessions, along with card readings for those seeking guidance on their personal journey. I'm committed to offering you the highest level of care and support throughout your healing experience.
